The Amendment of Dividend Payment and AGM Date Determination
Re: Director and Manager, Attn: The Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Please be informed that regarding the 25th of February 2010 disclosure information of resolution of the Board of Directors' meeting clause 2 sent to the SET, To fix the Record Date of the shareholders names who will entitle to receive dividend on 10 March 2010, the Closing Date of shareholders names to be collected pursuant to Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act by way of close of register will be on 11 April2010, and the dividend payment date on 23 April 2010. In this regard, the rights to receive dividend is uncertain as it has not been yet approved by shareholders.
The Company would like to slightly change on the Clause 2 in to new correct terms stated as follows;
To fix the Record Date of the shareholders names who will entitle to receive dividend on 10 March 2010, the Closing Date of shareholders names to be collected pursuant to Section 225 of the Securities and Exchange Act by way of close of register will be on 11 March 2010, and the dividend payment date on 23 April 2010. In this regard, the rights to receive dividend is uncertain as it has not been yet approved by shareholders.
