Regarding to Jubilee Enterprise Public Company Limited ("the Company") issued new shares for capitalincrease by initial public offering (IPO) of 35 million shares with a par value of Baht 1 per share, during the period at 26th - 28th October 2009 at the IPO price of Baht 2.80 per share, totaling amount of Baht 98,000,000 and totaling net amount of Baht 95,179,200 after deduction of the offering expenses. The company would like to report of its utilization of capital increase from IPO at the end of 29th January 2010 as following:
